The unit is powered via almost 1200W of solar panels along with DC battery backup, so day or night the unit is never without power. Designed to help customers save up to 86% in energy costs, the new welfare room has a thermostatically controlled solar-powered, blown heating system supported by an oil burner for quicker and quieter drying. The W/C facilities also work through this system, but also provide hot water for hand washing, pre-set to 38°±. The unit also benefits from PIR controlled LED lighting meaning no wasted energy. Perfect for every site, particularly good for low usage sites where the unit can be unoccupied for long periods of time. The drying room is equipped with changing benches and clothes hangers for up to 20 users (Lockers can be supplied as an optional extra. Lockers will reduce the available space and thus reduce the amount of users). The unit is fully secure with full anti-vandal features. The unit comes with heavy duty low level lifting eyes and fork-truck pockets as standard.
